Eat a diet high in whole grains, fruits and vegetables. These foods provide fiber, vitamins, minerals and energy to keep you fueled throughout the day.

7
Avoid refined sugars and carbohydrates. Foods made from white sugar or flour cause your blood sugar levels to rise quickly then fall quickly. As a result, you will feel a lull in energy shortly after consuming these foods.
