How to Remove Beryllium From Your Body

Beryllium is a toxic metallic substance used in flammable compounds such as kerosene and coal. When beryllium enters your blood stream, either the liver can filter it out or it can remain in your body. If you liver does not filter the beryllium, you have to give your body a little help. Dietary supplements---through regular use---can help your body evacuate the beryllium. If you have constant exposure to flammable substances, you should make the dietary supplements part of your daily routine to counteract the buildup of beryllium.

Instructions

    • 1

Chop up a cup full of your favorite fruits. Add some nuts as well for an enhanced flavor. Use fruits rich in vitamin C.

    • 2

Drop the chopped fruit into a blender. Add 2/3 of a cup milk and ½ of a cup of heavy whipping cream. Add three ice cubes to the blender on top of the fruit and cream.

    • 3

Pour 60 milligrams of thioctic acid powder into the blender. Thioctic acid is a common antioxidant that comes in powder supplement form. You can add more powder to the mixture, but do not exceed 400 milligrams of thioctic acid a day, or you risk an overdose.

    • 4

Drop one gram of glutamine supplement into the mixture as well. Glutamine is a common amino acid. So, you don't need to add a large amount to your diet.

    • 5

Power up the blender and mix thoroughly. Do not drink the smoothie until you ingest some solid food. The vitamin C, along with the other supplements, will work the beryllium out of your system for the next few months.

    • 6

Drink the smoothie. Continue every day for several months to help lower the beryllium in your system.
