Cardispan is a weight loss injected medication and is manufactured in Mexico. It has not been approved by the U.S. Federal Drug Administration. The main ingredient of Cardispan is L-Carnitine. Proponents say Cardispan, a self-dose medication, pinpoints fat problem spots on the body, including the thighs and buttocks.

    • There is not a lot of information about Cardispan's production. It is an expensive high-end substance. Cardispan injections are reportedly painful, and there is not a standard dosage stipulation.

    Diarrhea

    • Diarrhea, a side effect of Cardispan, is caused by the breakdown of the fat molecules which cause flatulation.

    Abdominal Cramps

    • Cardispan is intended to pinpoint specific fat molecules, but sometimes the breakdown of the molecules can cause cramps in the abdomen.

    Nausea

    • Cardispan users have reported nausea in the hours following the injection. This is especially true after injections are administered on an empty stomach.

    Vomiting

    • Vomiting after injection has also been reported by Cardispan users.

    Panic Attacks

    • Cardispan, as a drug that manipulates the metabolism, can cause increased heart rates and induce panic attacks.
