How do muscles break?

Preventing muscle breaks often involves proper warm-up and stretching before strenuous exercise, maintaining good muscle balance, using proper form while exercising, allowing adequate rest and recovery, staying hydrated, and taking the time to develop flexibility and strength gradually. If a muscle break occurs, immediate medical attention may be necessary, followed by rest, ice, compression, and elevation, as well as rehabilitation and physical therapy to aid in the healing process.
