Why are muscles soft?
Muscles are not soft. They are composed of bundles of muscle fibers, which are specialized cells that contract to produce movement. Muscle tissue is firm and elastic, and it can be very strong. However, muscles can also be relaxed, which makes them feel soft. When a muscle is relaxed, the muscle fibers are not contracted and the muscle is not generating any force. This is why muscles feel soft when you are not using them.Muscle Strain - Related Articles
