Insert the left gel support into your left shoe, with the gel side facing down.

Repeat this step with the right massaging gel support.

Test them by taking a few steps. It might take a while to get used to this sensation. Be sure that the gel support doesn't cause pain or intense discomfort.

If you're running or performing physical activity, go slow at first. Get used to the arch support before performing the most vigorous parts of your workout.
