General Measures

For stressed muscles, you could soak your feet in a hot water tub infused with peppermint oil, or soak your entire body in warm water for 20 minutes. This will provide relief for the stress in your feet, legs and other parts, and is especially beneficial for menstrual cramps. Adding Epsom salt to the bath water is known to benefit in the same way. Get plenty of rest and allow enough time for your muscles to be rejuvenated from any strain.
