According to the Mayo Clinic, dementia is the medical term that's used to describe memory loss diseases. Some of the most common diseases that result in memory loss include Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Huntington's, amnesia and mild cognitive impairment.

    Huntington's Disease

    Mild Cognitive Impairment

    Amnesia
