Primary Pulminary Hypertension (PPH) has been known to fatally occur in patients who took phentermine hydrochloride and fenflouramine or dexfenflouramine. Onset of interaction is immediate upon entry into the bloodstream. Heart disease and damage has also been reported in patients who were taking both phentermine hydrochloride and fenflouramine in low doses over long periods of time.
Warnings

Phentermine hydrochloride is known to cause hypertension crisis in patients who were also taking anti-depressants such as Zoloft, Paxil, Prozac and Xanax. Phentermine also causes drowsiness and may impair safe operation of machinery and vehicles.
