Does greasy hair come from obesity?
There is no direct correlation between greasy hair and obesity. Greasy hair is primarily caused by overactive sebaceous glands, genetic factors, hormonal changes, diet, and hair care practices. Obesity, on the other hand, is a complex condition influenced by genetics, dietary factors, physical activity, and lifestyle choices. While certain hormones related to obesity can potentially impact oil production in the skin and hair, it does not necessarily mean that all obese individuals will have greasy hair.Obesity - Related Articles
