Normal weight for 16 yr old girl tall?
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the average weight for a 16-year-old girl who is 5 feet 4 inches tall is 129 pounds. However, this is just an average, and there is a wide range of what is considered to be a healthy weight for a girl of this age and height. Some girls may weigh more or less than this average and still be perfectly healthy.
There are a number of factors that can affect a girl's weight, including her genetics, diet, and physical activity level. Some girls naturally weigh more than others, and some girls may gain weight more easily than others. It is important for girls to maintain a healthy weight for their age and height, as being overweight or obese can increase their risk of developing a number of health problems, including heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and arthritis.
If you are concerned about your daughter's weight, you should talk to her doctor. Your doctor can help you determine if your daughter is at a healthy weight and can make recommendations for how to help her maintain a healthy weight.
