  Take the once-a-day capsule either one hour before or one hour after breakfast. Your doctor will tell you the best time. Take the three-time daily tablets 30 minutes before each of three meals.

  Take the whole capsule or tablet with a full glass of water. (See warnings section.)

  Stop taking this drug when your doctor instructs you to. Since it is highly addictive and has long term side effects, you will likely only be taking it for a few weeks.

  Call your doctor if you notice any signs of addiction or withdrawal that include depression, severe fatigue, taking more or higher doses than needed and the medication seeming to stop working.
