      Bottle 30 tablets or 100 tablets of 5mg, 10mg, 40mg or 70mg Fosamax per container.

      Package 35mg Fosamax tablets in a bi-fold card containing four tablets in a blister pack.

      Imprint 5mg Fosamax tablets with "MRK 925" on one side of the tablet and the outline of a bone on the opposite side. The tablets are white and round.

      Imprint 10mg Fosamax tablets with "MRK" on one side of the tablet and "936" on the opposite side. The tablets are white and oval.

      Imprint 35mg Fosamax tablets with "77" on one side of the tablet and the outline of a bone on the opposite side. The tablets are white and oval.

      Imprint 40mg Fosamax tablets with "MRK 212" on one side of the tablet and FOSAMAX on the opposite side. The tablets tare white and triangular.

      Imprint 70mg Fosamax tablets with "31" on one side of the tablet and the outline of a bone on the opposite side. The tablets are white and oval.

    Alendronate Sodium Packaging

      Bottle 30 tablets of 5mg, 10mg, or 40mg alendronate sodium per container. The 5mg and 10mg tablets are also available in 100 tablets per bottle.

      Package 35mg and 70mg alendronate sodium tablets in a blister pack. The manufacturer offers a blister pack containing one tablet boxed and sold individually or in a box of 20 blister packs. This dosage is also available in a blister pack containing four tablets, one blister pack per retail box.
