After stretching, try soaking your legs in a bath of Epsom salt. Epsom salt is known for its ability to soothe tired, achy muscles and a warm bath with Epsom salt may be just what your achy legs need.

Massage. If your legs still have a dull ache, try using a rolling pin to massage out the muscles. Simply roll the pin along the achy legs in all directions while applying a little pressure. Have a partner massage the backs of your legs for you while you lie face down.
