Fluid pills such as diuretics do not effectively eliminate THC from the body. Diuretics, which increase urine output and fluid loss, are commonly used to manage fluid retention disorders. While dehydration might temporarily alter urine drug test results by diluting the concentration of THC metabolites, it only has temporary effects and doesn't fully purge THC from the system.
