Call 911 immediately. Don't waste precious minutes trying to decide what to do. If you are alone with the victim, first make sure there is no continuing exposure to the pesticide.

Soak the victim with water if there is pesticide on his skin. Remove any clothing that has been contaminated. Clean his hair and skin with detergent or soap if available. Dry the victim and wrap him in a blanket or towels.

Get the victim to fresh air if you think she has inhaled pesticides. Open the doors and windows, loosen her clothing and try to keep her calm.

Induce vomiting if he has swallowed pesticide. However, you should not make him vomit if he is has swallowed a corrosive poison or a product that contains petroleum. Both of these can cause severe burns when vomited. For these, your best bet is to dilute the poison by having the victim drink water or milk. You should also never try to induce vomiting in an unconscious person.
