  Go to the Walmart Pharmacy website and click "Transfer Prescriptions." This link is located on the left side of your screen, under the "Order Prescriptions" heading.

  Create a Walmart.com account. If you already have an account at Walmart, sign into your account.

  Place a check mark in the box labeled "I have seen the Walmart Pharmacy Notice of Privacy Practices" and click "Continue" to proceed. If you choose, you can read the Walmart Pharmacy Notice of Privacy Practices.

  Enter your name and phone number into the corresponding fields.

  Enter the patient's name, phone number, gender, date of birth and address into the fields.

  Enter "Caremark" into the "Pharmacy Name" field and then enter the pharmacy's phone number.

  Enter the prescription number and information about the prescribing doctor.

  Enter the drug name and strength into the corresponding fields.

  Click "Continue" to proceed.

  Select the way you would like to receive your prescription. You can choose to pick up your prescription from a specific Walmart Pharmacy or home delivery.
