What is mild pht?

Mild PHT stands for Postural Hypotension, also known as orthostatic hypotension. It refers to a significant sudden drop in blood pressure when sitting up or standing that can cause various symptoms like dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, blurred vision, confusion, fatigue, weakness, and headache. It's common in certain medications, aging, diabetes, heart conditions, or dehydration. Symptoms generally improve when a person lays or rehydrates themselves.
