What Does an Amoxicillin Rash Look Like?

An amoxicillin rash will typically appear approximately five days after the medication is started, but some cases can be seen earlier or as long as two weeks later. Usually the rash is harmless, but a severe rash can be a sign of an allergic reaction. It is advisable to consult a physician if a rash does appear.
