Why do my Feet hurt when you wake up?
1. Plantar Fasciitis:
-Inflammation of the thick band of tissue that runs across the bottom of your foot.
-Commonly felt as a sharp, stabbing pain in the heel or arch of the foot.

-Bony growths that develop on the underside of the heel.

6. Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome:
-Compression of the nerve that runs along the inside of the ankle.
-Can cause pain, numbness, and tingling in the foot and ankle.
7. Arthritis:
-Degenerative joint disease that can affect the feet.
-Can cause pain, stiffness, swelling, and decreased mobility.
8. Muscle Strain:
-Injury to a muscle or tendon in the foot.
-Can cause pain, swelling, and bruising.
9. Ingrown Toenails:
-When a toenail grows into the surrounding skin.
-Can cause pain, redness, and swelling.
10. Infection:
-Bacterial or fungal infections that can affect the feet.
-Can cause pain, redness, swelling, and drainage.
