Fill the bucket halfway with anti-bacterial mouthwash. Allow the mouthwash to sit for about 10 minutes. Add an amount of white vinegar equal to the amount of disinfectant added to the bucket. Stir the two together until you have a uniform solution.
-
2
Scrub your feet with antibacterial soap. Thoroughly clean each toe and toenail.
-
3
File down your nail as low as possible without causing any pain or discomfort.
-
4
Place your feet into the bucket of solution. Allow them to soak for about 15 to 20 minutes.
-
5
Remove your feet from the solution and promptly dry them. Once dry, wrap each toe in an adhesive bandage to ensure that no bacteria from the floor enters the open pours.
