I have a white spot on my lower lip that looks like zit but it hurts could be due to the pressure its only one and there anything around any idea or am i just paranoid?

It is possible that the white spot on your lower lip is a canker sore, also known as an aphthous ulcer. Canker sores are small, round, and white or yellow in color. They often develop on the inside of the lips, cheeks, or gums. While not typically serious, canker sores can be painful and may interfere with eating, drinking, and talking.

Canker sores typically go away on their own within a few days or weeks. However, if the canker sore is particularly painful or does not resolve within a few weeks, it's worth visiting a doctor or dentist for evaluation and advice on treatment.

If you experience frequent canker sores or have other unusual, severe, or persistent concerns about a spot on your lip or anywhere else on your body, it's a good idea to talk to a healthcare professional or a trusted medical website that provides accurate and relevant health information tailored to your location and situation.
