1
Pulse oatmeal in a food processor to turn it into a powder. Mix equal parts powdered oatmeal and plain yogurt with a few drops of tea tree oil and use this to wash your face gently, using the pads of your fingers or a wash cloth. Pat your skin dry, rather than rubbing it. Do not pick at your blemishes. Tea tree oil is a natural antibiotic.

2
Hold an ice pack wrapped in a cloth towel to your blemishes. The cold will reduce the swelling and also close your pores.
-
3
Dab pus-filled blemishes with a cotton ball soaked in white vinegar. Vinegar will dry the pus from the pimple, which will reduce its size.

4
Put a small amount of honey on your pimples, and let it sit for 20 to 30 minutes before washing away. The antibacterial properties of honey will help heal your breakout. For an overnight pimple cream, dab a little toothpaste on your pimples and let dry. Wash this one away in the morning. Use a paste, not a gel, toothpaste.
