How to Tie a Tag
Many people around the world are affected by skin tags. A skin tag is a normally benign skin growth that can grow on various parts of the body and is usually either smooth or has a wrinkly appearance. Skin tags commonly grow on or around the armpit, groin folds, on the chest and under the breasts. Cut off a piece of dental floss or thread, long enough to tie around the skin tag.

Tie the dental floss or thread tightly around the skin tag, getting it as close to the base of the tag as possible. Ask someone to help you if the skin tag is on a region of the body that is difficult for you reach and tie yourself.

Leave the dental floss or thread tied around the skin tag until it falls off. Normally, a skin tag falls off within a week with this method.

Retie the material you are using around the skin tag, making it tighter, if the skin tag does not fall off. Be sure to get it as close to the base of the tag as you can get it.
