Here are some tips to help you manage acne on your chest and back:

1. Wash your skin regularly. Use a gentle cleanser and warm water to wash your skin twice a day. Avoid scrubbing your skin, as this can irritate it and make acne worse.

2. Exfoliate your skin. Exfoliation can help to remove dead skin cells and unclog pores. Use a gentle exfoliating scrub once or twice a week.

3. Use an over-the-counter acne treatment. There are a variety of over-the-counter acne treatments available, such as benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid. These treatments can help to kill bacteria and reduce inflammation.

4. See a dermatologist. If your acne is severe or does not improve with over-the-counter treatments, you may need to see a dermatologist. A dermatologist can prescribe stronger acne medications and recommend other treatments that may be helpful for you.

5. Be patient. It can take time to see results from acne treatments. Don't get discouraged if your acne doesn't clear up immediately. Just keep following your treatment plan and you will eventually see results.

Here are some additional tips that may help you to feel more confident in your own skin:

- Wear clothing that makes you feel comfortable and confident.

- Don't be afraid to talk to your friends and family about your acne. They can be a source of support and encouragement.

- Remember that everyone experiences acne at some point in their lives. It is a common skin condition and it is not something to be ashamed of.
