Instructions

    • 1

Drink enough water on a day-to-day basis. Drink a minimum of 1 liter of water in order to keep your skin hydrated.

    • 2

Avoid licking, scratching or excessively touching the skin above your lip. Excess touching could remove moisture from your skin and cause further irritation.

Apply a moisturizing cream to the skin above your lip. Moisturize your skin daily to keep it supple.

Lessen your use of Chapstick, which can irritate the skin around your lips. Or instead of using Chapstick, switch to a cocoa lip balm to keep your lips moisturized.
