Hands going to sleep during sleep?

* Apply a cold compress to your wrist. This can help to reduce swelling and pain.

* Take over-the-counter pain relievers. This can help to relieve pain and inflammation.

* See a doctor if your symptoms do not improve. Your doctor may recommend further treatment, such as physical therapy, splinting, or surgery.
