Does your body swell when you sleep?
This type of swelling is typically not a cause for concern and usually resolves on its own in the morning. To help reduce swelling in the feet and ankles during sleep, try the following tips:

2. Wear loose and comfortable clothing to bed. Tight clothing can restrict blood flow and contribute to swelling.
3. Limit your salt intake before bed. Consuming too much salt can cause the body to retain water and worsen swelling.
4. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids during the day. Drinking water helps to flush out excess fluids and reduce the risk of swelling.
5. Exercise regularly. Regular physical activity can help to improve circulation and reduce fluid retention.
