How do you fake being asleep?

How to Fake Being Asleep

1. Prepare beforehand. If possible, try to go to bed at your regular time the night before. This will help you feel tired and make it easier to fake being asleep.

2. Get into a comfortable position. Lie down in bed on your side, with your head on a pillow. Make sure you are comfortable and relaxed.

3. Close your eyes and take some deep breaths. Breathe in and out slowly and evenly, and let your body relax.

4. Focus on making your body feel heavy and still. Imagine that you are sinking into the bed.

5. Listen to your surroundings and try to block out any noise. If you can hear someone talking or moving around, try to focus on their voices or movements and let them become a part of your dream.

6. If you need to, try to imagine something relaxing. Imagine a peaceful scene, like a beach or a forest.

7. If you feel your eyes starting to open, close them again and focus on relaxing your body.

8. If someone tries to wake you up, make small movements or noises to indicate that you are still sleeping. You could turn over, sigh, or mumble something.

9. Stay in bed until you are sure that the person is gone. Then, you can slowly open your eyes and get out of bed.
