How to Adjust the REMstar Auto CPAP Machine DS550HS

According to the research done by Lyle D. Victor, M.D., at Oakwood Hospital, obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is a medical disorder that affects 4 percent of the adult population in America. OSA results from multiple obstructions of the upper airway during sleep. Symptoms are loud snoring, insomnia and daytime sleepiness. Treatment for OSA is machine that delivers constant airway pressure know as CPAP. The bulky mask may take some time to get used to but other settings such as "Ramp" pressure and alerts on your Remstar CPAP can be adjusted to your comfort level.
