How to Adjust the Output on a REMstar
Sleep apnea is a common sleep disorder that effects over 18 million Americans. Muscles in the neck and throat relax during sleep, causing the airways to become restricted, breathing shallow and even pause temporarily. The RemStar series of continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) machines provide an effective solution to this problem. Initially set up and monitored by a health care professional, it is sometimes helpful to make small adjustments to the operating pressure to provide a more comfortable and restful sleep. It is important to remember, however, that adjustments should always be made in consultation with a medical practitioner as incorrect usage can damage both the machine and your health.Instructions
