How to Adjust Remstar 1005962

Constant Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) machines are designed to provide an effective and comfortable treatment for sleep apnea. It is important to regularly maintain your machine in order to achieve optimum performance. Regular cleaning and changing of the air filters is essential. CPAP machines have two types of filters. Pollen filters are used to remove dirt, dust, pollen and pet hair from the air supply, while ultra-fine filters are designed to remove bacteria. Pollen filters should be removed and washed weekly. They can be reused up to five times. Filters are held in place in the CPAP machine by a filter cap. REMstar machine caps are simple to fit and remove.

Instructions

    • 1

Place the REMstar machine on a firm, level surface with the rear facing toward you.

    • 2

Press the sides of the filter cap gently to release it from the unit.
