How to Treat a Blister on the Bottom of the Foot From Playing Basketball
When skin becomes irritated from excessive friction, a clear fluid may leak from the blood vessels and turn into a blister. The fluid becomes trapped under the top layer of skin, leading to the puffy bump. Certain rigorous activities, such as excessive walking or playing sports like basketball, can lead to blisters. Don't worry if you get a blister on the bottom of your foot from playing basketball, however. You will have to rest your foot and allow the blister to heal, but you can treat it at home.Things You'll Need
