How to Get Rid of Mouth Ulcers at Home

Mouth ulcers can occur once in a while, or they may become recurring events for some people. Mouth ulcers can have a white or yellow color. They are generally small and round shaped.       Avoid eating acidic food and fruits for the duration of the mouth ulcer. The acids may cause irritation on the ulcer spot. Eat plain yogurts; cooked broccoli, sweet peas, spinach and beets. Cook these vegetables very soft.

      Treat the mouth ulcer with simple remedies to reduce the pain and to aid with the healing. Mix a cup of warm water with a spoon of salt; make sure the salt is dissolved. Do a mouth wash with the mix two to three times a day.
