What is biapical scarring from?

Biapical scarring is a scarring that occurs in both apices of the lungs which are normally filled with air. Biapical scarring mostly relates to the lungs. It is associated with sarcoidosis, although other causes include:

- Aspergillosis

-Cryptococcosis

- Coccidioidomycosis

- Tuberculosis
