Eat a diet low in saturated fats. A diet with less animal fat may decrease PSA levels significantly. If you're not willing to get rid of meat altogether then choose leaner cuts of meat, such as chicken and fish.

Reduce your intake of alcoholic beverages. Drink more water. Consume at least six to eight cups of water a day and you may want to stop toward the early evening to avoid having to use the restroom throughout the night.
