As a result, bacteria cannot grow and multiply inside the urinary tract. Along with drinking cranberry juice, taking cranberry supplements can reduce your risk of developing infections.
Proper Hygiene

As a result, bacteria can quickly enter the urinary tract. To lower your risk of developing a painful and annoying infection, make a habit of wiping from front to back after a bowel movement.
