Can lasix be used to help control urinary incontinence?
Lasix (furosemide) is a loop diuretic medication, it is used to treat high blood pressure, edema, and congestive heart failure. It is not typically used to control urinary incontinence. Incontinence is usually treated with medications that act on the bladder or urinary sphincter, or with lifestyle modifications or surgery.
