How to Get Rid of Flat Warts on Your Lips
Warts are caused by human papillomavirus (HPV). HPV enters the body through abrasions in the skin. Although not detrimental to one's health, HPV is contagious, and warts can be painful or simply embarrassing. The Mayo Clinic states that flat warts are typically smaller and smoother that most warts. They mostly occur on the face or legs and tend to be more common in teenagers and children than adults. Flat warts are similar in color to that of the skin, varying among pink, light brown and yellow. Avoid costly treatments and rid yourself of the unsightly wart with an at-home remedy that uses nothing but vinegar.Things You'll Need
