1
Purchase a roll of name brand duct tape. You need to make sure that you are getting quality duct tape so that the plantar wart can be removed quickly and effectively.
-
2
Clean your foot using soap and water. Your plantar wart and skin should be as clean and free from debris as possible.
-
3
Peel off a small strip of the tape. It should be big enough to cover your plantar wart and the surrounding area.
-
4
Apply the strip of tape to your plantar wart, and smooth it down so that the entire surface area of the wart is covered with duct tape.
-
5
Leave the duct tape on. If you need to reapply the tape after showering or activity, follow the above steps. Do not leave the plantar wart uncovered for a long period of time.
-
6
Within a few weeks, you should start to notice a difference in your plantar wart. Keep up this regimen of duct tape, and the plantar wart should be removed or almost removed within two months.
