Recognize the appearance of the plantar wart. It normally begins with a circular skin build-up with minuscule brown or black spots on the bottom of the foot. The warts could make walking uncomfortable.

2
Pulverize several vitamin C tablets and moisten with water. Apply to foot and cover with a clean cloth or bandage. You could also try rubbing the inside of a banana peel on the wart every night. The potassium is said to heal warts.

3
Verify if the plantar wart is healing. It should be turning white, indicating that the skin cells are dying. Try to remove the wart with a scalpel or clippers. Be patient, as healing can take awhile.
