How Do You Put an Ace Bandage on an Ankle?
An Ace bandage is a simple elastic wrap used in a variety of medical treatments. Wrap bandages apply pressure to tissue or lock important treatment items in place, such as bandages or heat packs. If you have a sprained ankle and could use the help of an Ace bandage, getting it on is a relatively straightforward task.Instructions
