How to Adjust a Cane
If you've fallen, received an injury or have deteriorated ability to stand up or walk, you may need to use a cane to get around. Sizing your cane properly and adjusting it for your height determines how comfortable a can is for you. If your cane is the wrong size, it may cause you to walk off-balance, which may cause hip or shoulder pain and may increase the likelihood that you will fall.Instructions
