How to Massage Inside the Periumbilical Area for Abdominal Cramps
According to Merriam Webster (See reference 3), the periumbilical area lies in the vicinity of the navel. The pain associated with cramps that appear in the abdominal area can be the result of a woman's menstrual cycle, irritable bowl syndrome, colitis and endometriosis. A massage performed around the periumbilical area could potentially decrease the incidents of pain and cramps associated with these and other conditions.Things You'll Need
