How do I Cut Duoderm GCGF Dressings?
DuoDERM CGF (Controlled Gel Formulation) is a hydrocolloid dressing marketed by ConvTec to manage lightly draining wounds. Hydrocolloids are occlusive, adhesive dressings that form a gel when in contact with wound drainage, according to Wound Care Information Network. They are flexible, conform to the wound bed, and are easy to apply. DuoDERM CGF dressings can decrease the amount of dead tissue and facilitate new tissue growth in a wound bed, according to ConvaTec.Things You'll Need
