How to Wrap a Knee Injury
A knee injury requires special care. To prevent further injury, it is necessary to wrap the knee to protect it, especially during sports or rigorous activities. - Medicated gauze pad
- Gauze wrap
- Self-adhesive knee bandage

Place a gauze pad over the knee in the location of the injury.

Apply gauze wrap around the knee in a figure eight pattern. Repeat this 12 times.

Wrap a knee bandage several times around the leg, starting 6 inches above the kneecap. Wrap the bandage down the leg, continuing in a figure eight around the knee.

End the wrapping above the kneecap after applying four layers. The self-adhesive wrap with simply stick securing to itself. If the bandage purchased is not self-adhesive, use three small safety pins to attach the end of the wrap with the layer of the wrap beneath it.
