How to Treat Blisters on Your Hands

Blisters are one of the less pleasant aspects of living an active life. While blisters that occur on the feet are often caused by ill-fitting shoes, blisters on the hands can have many causes. For children, hand blisters are an expected consequence of mastering the monkey bars. However, hand blisters in adults are usually from such activities as gymnastics, bike riding and tennis playing. Although painful and annoying, blisters are generally easy to treat.
