Does it hurt when you have cast put on?

Casting is used on a broken limb/bone which helps it stay immovable so bone can regenerate without further complication or displacement of broken parts of bone to prevent any pain in future. There's no pain on casting itself if proper techniques and material is being used to put that cast.
