What is the side effect of a baby with one testacle?

A human baby cannot have one testicle. In most cases, males are born with two testicles, which descend into the scrotum before birth. If one testicle does not descend, it can be a medical condition called undescended testicle or cryptorchidism. This condition can be corrected with surgery.
