What kind of teeth do lemurs have?

The dental formula for a lemur is: 2.1.3.3 / 2.1.3.3
This means that an adult lemur has two incisors, one canine, three premolars, and three molars on each side of its upper and lower jaws. In lemur dental terminology upper (maxillary) teeth are designated “upper case” (UM, UC, UPM, and UTM) while lower (mandibular) teeth are “lower case” (lm, lc, lpm, and ltm)
